1-Time for samples : 15 to 20 working days if all materals are available & 3-5 days for stock samples
2-Cost or prices : its free for re-design or amendation as required and finished samples with normal production price to regular customers. but extra mold cost and customized materials cost is not included, 1-1.5 times price of production product to customers who work with us at first time.
3-Return policy : our business goal not profit from sample orders, but long-term & trustworthy cooperation with every single customers, all extra sample cost could refund when placing order & reaching qty requirements or some amount.
